Q1: How can i make an order?
There are three methods for customers to make an order.
      1. by sms: customers can adress us at the mobile no. 90598015
      2. by email: yunishop_sg@yahoo.com
      3. by leaving message directly on this website: customers can leave message at the tab "contact" on the top of our website.
We will reply you as soon as possible.


Q2: How can we receive my items?

There are also 3 methods to receive your items.
       1. Appointment: customers can book appointment to check items at our place. In this case, customers can check and try on the items. Details of our address will be revealed when customers contact us.
       2. At mrt stations: items can be delivered to mrt stations which are near by customers' accommodations. In this method, shipping is free of charge.
       3. At doorstep: items can be delivered to customers' accommodations. Shipping fee is the transport fee from queenstown to destinations. we will inform customers while answering customers inquiry. Shipping fee is the same for any number of orders in each time. Delivery time is done when it is most comfortable for both of customers and us (can be on the same day after order)

NOTICE:
For the 2nd and 3rd method, customers can check the items and can return if there is any failure.  We are not responsible for the difference between shade level of the real patterns and their photos. However, to protect the benefit of customers and our prestige, we will try at best to choose the most reliable suppliers. Additionally, most of items were displayed their size. We are not responsible if items ordered are not fit to customers in the 2nd and 3rd method.



Q3: I like the items which is out of stock. So how?

Customers can leave a message which contain your contacts. We will inform you when the patterns are available.


Q4: How to pay?

We collect cash after customers received the items.


Our policies in delivery and payment allows customers to ensure quality of products, to ensure that customers will receive items ordered and to save delivery fee. We always try at best to enhence our service. We'd like to hear from you to better serve you.
